In fact, whole books have been written about the practice of Yoga Nidra and its incredible benefits on the human body.

At the heart of this Yoga Nidra practice lies a powerful Sankalpa, or intention: "I am relaxed." By repeatedly affirming this statement during the practice, you'll gently reprogram your subconscious mind to embrace relaxation as a natural state of being.

How to Use This Yoga Nidra Audio:

You can listen to this audio at any time of the day - whether you need a midday reset or a calming moment before bedtime. I must warn you though, this should not be listened to in the car, or sitting through a meeting you’re not enjoying. While Yoga Nidra isn’t designed to make you fall asleep, it does have a very snoozy effect. To practice, find a quiet space, get comfortable, and allow yourself to surrender to the practice. Let the soothing voice guide you as you journey towards deep relaxation.
